Mary Bagley
MA, LPCC, EMDR
I was born and raised in Colorado, never leaving because I just love it here. I received my undergrad in creative writing at Metropolitan State University of Denver (FKA Metro State College of Denver). I worked in the legal field for a time, then was a massage therapist and realized how connected the body and mind are. During COVID my massage business was shut down, so I decided to get my Master's degree in mental health and attended Naropa University in Boulder, CO studying mindfulness transpersonal counseling. I became passionate about helping women in the perinatal season due to my own pregnancy losses and struggles in the postpartum period. I am trained in maternal mental health, EMDR, IFS informed, utilize ACT, and somatic experiencing. I love working with women in all periods of their lives from adolescence, to life transitions, pregnancy, postpartum, loss, and perimenopause and menopause. I am passionate about helping people process through and understand their trauma and how to cope.
I love coffee (shout out to Corvus Coffee) and reading a good historical fiction novel. As a vegan, I am super passionate about cooking and "veganizing" traditional dishes. In my free time I love cycling, yoga, weight lifting, hanging out with my 3 sons and husband, and playing with my fun-loving lab mix and kitties.
