Trauma-informed care & healing

Trauma can take many forms, and it affects everyone differently.

Big T Trauma” refers to deeply distressing events such as abuse, violence, serious accidents, or natural disasters—experiences that can lead to PTSD or long-term emotional impact.

Little t Trauma,” on the other hand, includes more subtle yet significant stressors like chronic relationship struggles, workplace distress, or repeated feelings of rejection. While these events may not seem as extreme, they can accumulate over time and profoundly shape a person’s well-being. Both Big T Trauma and Little t Trauma can negatively shape the way we view others, ourselves, and the world.

With extensive experience in trauma-informed therapy, we specialize in helping clients process past wounds, develop resilience, and build meaningful coping strategies. Our approach integrates evidence-based practices such as EMDR, CBT, DBT and mindfulness, tailored to each person's unique healing process. Whether you're navigating childhood trauma, PTSD, or life-altering events, our goal is to empower you with the tools and understanding needed to foster healing and reclaim your sense of self.
