Pre-Licensed Therapist (LPCC)

Location: Remote/Centennial, Colorado (at least one day in-office)
Employment Type: Contract (1099)
Supervisor: Brooke Yingling, MEd, MA, LPC, NCC, EMDR
Compensation: 60/40 fee split (approximately $58-$75 per session, depending on insurance)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a caseload of approximately 20 clients per week.

  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to clients’ needs.

  • Maintain confidential and accurate documentation per ethical and legal standards.

  • Participate in weekly clinical supervision to refine therapeutic techniques and case management skills.

  • Stay informed on evidence-based practices and continuing education requirements.

  • Uphold all ethical guidelines and maintain compliance with state licensure regulations.

Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling

  • Pre-licensure status/Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) in Colorado

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to provide empathetic, trauma-informed care to diverse clients.

  • Must meet state requirements for supervision hours toward licensure.

  • Obtain and maintain liability insurance for self prior to start date.
